Dr. Jennifer Eichert, Au.D. Clinical Director & Owner
Dr. Jennifer Eichert is a dedicated Audiologist with over fourteen years experience in private practice. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Northwestern University in 2012, following her undergraduate studies at San Diego State University. Driven by a lifelong desire to help others, Dr. Eichert has built her career on a foundation of compassion, clinical excellence and patient empowerment.
Dr. Eichert is an Orange County native who’s favorite thing to do when she’s not at work is spending time with her family. She and her husband, Derek, enjoy watching their two sons grow and experience life, often accompanied by their two loyal dogs; Denver, a golden retriever, and Ruxin, a Rhodesian ridgeback. Dr. Eichert and her family share a love for the outdoors and frequently spend their free time camping, hiking, and skiing together.

Bee Yang, Director of Operations
Bee Yang brings over twenty years of experience in operations management and thirteen years of focused work in the field of Audiology. Known for her dedication to patient-centered care, Bee is passionate about creating positive, meaningful experiences for every individual she serves. Her approach is rooted in compassion, communication, and collaboration, ensuring that patients feel informed, heard, and supported at every stage of their care journey.
Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Bee takes pride in fostering an environment where trust, respect, and personalized care are at the forefront. She is excited to be part of a team that prioritizes well-being and looks forward to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those she supports.

Our Story
For nearly three decades, Hearing Services West has been a trusted name in audiological care for the Los Alamitos community and its surrounding areas. Our story is one of dedication, continuity, and an unwavering commitment to improving the lives of those with hearing and balance concerns.
Founded in 1996 by Annabel Anae, M.C.D., Hearing Services West quickly became known for its patient-centered approach and compassionate care. Annabel’s vision was simple yet powerful — to provide the highest quality hearing healthcare in a welcoming, personal environment where patients felt truly heard and understood.
In 2012, Annabel passed the torch to audiologist Lori Hallett, M.A., who carried forward that same philosophy of excellence. Under Lori’s leadership, the practice continued to thrive, earning the trust of generations of patients and their families.
After more than a decade of service, Lori made the heartfelt decision to retire in 2025 to spend more time with her family. That same year, Dr. Jennifer Eichert, Au.D., and Bee Yang took over the management and operations of the practice. Together, they bring fresh energy, advanced clinical expertise, and a renewed commitment to serving the hearing and balance needs of the community.
Today, Hearing Services West proudly continues its tradition of personalized, evidence-based care, honoring the legacy established by its founders while embracing innovation and growth for the future.
